I took a trip to Mitsuwa with the my friends from college before it were to possibly be swept away. (Hope not!) We're expecting hurricane Irene, and there are a lot of precautions being taken which is getting me worried. Since I live on a peninsula a lot of downtown is being evacuated. So my aunt will have to move to my house while the hurricane makes it's way through the east coast. Fingers tightly crossed.
I had a wonderful time at Mitsuwa though, it's hard not to. I haven't been there in a while, and I think I hadn't gone all summer. It was nice to have some delicious ramen again after so long. Unbelievably delicious! Then we had some dessert, walked around, lounged around, it was wonderful. I also bought this adorable sticker keyboard set. I just put them on so I keep looking down at my keyboard to find my place to start typing, and then get surprised every time, like, what the hell is this? Oh duh, the stickers.
Lastly, again about the hurricane, I'm going to try my best to squeeze in dolls before the hurricane comes. I hope, I hope!
